Worked example for quotes: 20 devices on Protection = $39 base + 15 additional devices at $5 = $114/month, $1,368/year. Compare that with single-layer enterprise EDR at the same device count on the battlecard and the conversation usually ends there.
Grant framing: for eligible Singapore SMEs and charities, the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) can subsidise up to 70% of the cost. Always check current eligibility at gobusiness.gov.sg before quoting a subsidised figure in writing.

When a proposal is mandatory
Charities typically need two or more written vendor quotes for board governance, and some organisations' procurement rules force a formal tender above S$6,000. A written proposal with grant framing is often the difference between a stalled champion and a signed approval.
